Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

When you create an account or book a court we collect your name, email address, phone number, an optional profile photo, and your booking history (dates, times, courts, amounts). If you buy a membership or pay online, we also keep your plan, membership status, play-credit balance and payment records (amount, date and Stripe reference) — never your card number. If you write to us, for example in the chat, we keep that message too.

2. How we use it

We use your information to run your account, manage court reservations, contact you about your sessions, and — only if you opt in — send club news and offers. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Where it lives

Account data is stored with Supabase, and the site runs on Vercel and Cloudflare. Online payments are processed by Stripe, which holds your card details — they never pass through or stay on this website. Our emails (booking confirmations, receipts, password resets) are sent through Resend, and site analytics, if you allow them, are processed by Google. Each of them processes data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

Like any website you visit, the fonts on our pages (Google Fonts) and the map of the club (Google Maps) are loaded from Google, which receives your device’s IP address when they load. Payments made in person at the club are handled by our point-of-sale.

4. Cookies & local storage

The site uses essential browser storage to keep you signed in and remember your language.

With your permission, we also use Google Tag Manager to load measurement tools such as Google Analytics. These set their own cookies to count visits and show us which pages get used, which tells us about traffic patterns rather than about you personally. They load only if you choose Accept on the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. We don’t run advertising trackers, and we don’t sell this data.

Cloudflare measures page speed without cookies, so it isn’t covered by that choice.

5. Sharing

Your details are visible to club staff so they can manage the schedule and help you at the front desk. Beyond our service providers above, we only share information if the law requires it.

6. Your choices & rights

You can update your name, phone and photo from your account, and switch marketing emails off in Settings at any time. Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA and BC PIPA) you can ask us for a copy of your information or ask us to correct or delete it — write to [email protected] or message us in the chat and we’ll take care of it. You can also delete your account yourself from Settings.

7. Retention

We keep account and booking records while your account is active and as long as we need them for legal and accounting purposes, then delete or anonymize them.
