Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

When you create an account or book a court we collect your name, email address, phone number, an optional profile photo, and your booking history (dates, times, courts, amounts). If you write to us or subscribe to club news, we keep that message or address too.

2. How we use it

We use your information to run your account, manage court reservations, contact you about your sessions, and — only if you opt in — send club news and offers. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Where it lives

Account data is stored with Supabase, site infrastructure runs on Vercel, and site analytics are processed by Google; each of them processes data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. Payments made at the club are handled by our point-of-sale and never stored on this website.

4. Cookies & local storage

The site uses essential browser storage to keep you signed in and remember your language.

We also use Google Tag Manager to load measurement tools such as Google Analytics. These set their own cookies to count visits and show us which pages get used, which tells us about traffic patterns rather than about you personally. We don’t run advertising trackers, and we don’t sell this data. You can block these cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s opt-out add-on.

5. Sharing

Your details are visible to club staff so they can manage the schedule and help you at the front desk. Beyond our service providers above, we only share information if the law requires it.

6. Your choices & rights

You can update your name, phone and photo from your account, and switch marketing emails off in Settings at any time. Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA and BC PIPA) you can ask us for a copy of your information or ask us to correct or delete it — contact us and we’ll take care of it.

7. Retention

We keep account and booking records while your account is active and as long as we need them for legal and accounting purposes, then delete or anonymize them.
