1. Who we are

Padel Model operates an indoor padel facility at 1048-6811 Graybar Rd, Richmond, BC, Canada, and this website, where you can create an account and reserve courts. By using the site or booking a court you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You need an account to book online. Keep your login details private and make sure the information on your account (name, email, phone) is accurate — it’s how we reach you about your sessions.

You must be at least 16 to create an account. Younger players are welcome at the club with a parent or guardian who books for them.

3. Bookings & payment

Court time is reserved when your booking is confirmed. The price — CA$130 per court per hour, a promotional rate in effect until January 1, 2027 — is shown before you confirm, and is paid online at checkout or at the club before your session. Members are quoted and charged their plan’s member rate, and can put their monthly play credit toward the court fee.

A booking covers the court for your group. Standard padel is four players per court.

Rackets can be rented at CA$7 each, up to four per booking. Racket rental is not charged online — it is settled at the front desk when you collect them. Members with an active membership of any tier rent rackets free.

4. Cancellations & rescheduling

You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your session start, right from your account. A paid booking cancelled in that window is refunded in full to the card you paid with, and any play credit you used goes back to your wallet.

Inside 24 hours, self-serve changes close — contact the club and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. No-shows and late cancellations may be charged the session price.

If we ever have to close a court (maintenance, events, circumstances beyond our control), we’ll move or refund your booking — your choice.

5. Memberships

Memberships (TRAIN, COMPETE and PRO) are monthly subscriptions, billed in advance through Stripe. Your membership renews automatically every month on the date you joined, at the price shown when you joined, until you cancel. One membership per account; to change plans, contact the club.

You can cancel at any time from your account (Manage membership). Cancelling takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for, and your perks continue until then. We don’t refund the unused part of a month.

Your plan’s play credit is added at the start of each calendar month and can only be used toward court bookings. Unused credit doesn’t roll over to the next month, has no cash value and can’t be transferred.

Member perks — member court rates, free racket rental, earlier booking and any included sessions — apply only while your membership is active. If a payment fails and isn’t resolved, the membership and its perks stop.

The COMPETE founding rate is offered to the first 100 COMPETE members and stays in place for as long as that membership remains active without a break. If the price of a plan you hold ever changes, we’ll tell you at least 30 days before the renewal it applies to.

6. At the club

Play safely and respect other players, staff and the facility. Court shoes and appropriate sportswear are required; equipment can be rented at the front desk.

Padel is a physical sport and carries a normal risk of injury. You take part at your own risk and are responsible for making sure you are fit to play. Report any facility issue to staff immediately.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by the laws of British Columbia, Padel Model is not liable for indirect losses, personal items lost or damaged at the club, or injuries arising from normal play. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies from its “last updated” date; meaningful changes will be flagged on the site.
